I can't recommend The Hearing Doctor in Lubbock enough! Years ago, I went in just to get my ears cleaned, and it turned into a hearing test when she said, "They're clean as a whistle". Dr. Black and her entire staff are absolutely fantastic—kind, supportive, and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in. There's zero pushy sales pressure; it's all about what's best for you. I've worn hearing aids for years now, and most people I know don't even know that I have them (check out the Lyric and other options). I've happily recommended Dr. Black to friends and family ever since. I finally got around to leaving this review because they truly deserve it.
